Perform an unaccompanied vocal piece, rap piece, or a dance routine approximately two to four minutes in length. Both covers and original songs are accepted.
6. What format should I use when uploading the file?
Accepted file formats will be specified on the application page. Please ensure your files meet the provided specifications.
7. Is it required to upload the Consent of a Legal Representative?
Ages 14 below are required to answer the Consent of a Legal Representative upon application.
8. Do I need to be fluent in Korean to audition?
While fluency in Korean isn't a prerequisite for auditioning, having a basic grasp of the language can certainly be advantageous.
9. Is there an age limit for auditions?
To fulfill the age criteria, candidates must have been born between 2003 and 2012.
10. Can I apply as a Duet or a Team?
Yes, each member of a duet or team must complete and submit their own application form.
11. How do I know if I've been selected for the next round?
If you pass the initial screening, you will receive an email from GlobalCast with further instructions.
12. What happens if I'm selected by GlobalCast?
Selected applicants' information will be directly sent to one or multiple agencies for their own screening. GlobalCast has no involvement in the selection process of trainees for the said top agencies.
13. What happens if I'm selected by an agency?
13. Should you be chosen, the agency will reach out to you to discuss subsequent procedures, which might entail signing a trainee contract, undergoing training, and preparing for a possible debut as a K-Pop idol.
14. I want to withdraw the application, what should I do?
Applicants have the right to withdraw their consent for the collection, use, and provision of personal information and media at any time. You can request the deletion of your files by contacting GlobalCast via [email protected]

GlobalCast audition site ('https://www.globalcast.me') has created this privacy policy to safeguard users' personal information and rights in compliance with relevant privacy regulations, and to efficiently address user complaints related to personal information. 'GlobalCast' will inform users of any changes to the privacy policy via notifications on the website or individual notices.

GlobalCast handles personal information based on user consent for the purposes listed below. This information will not be used for any other purposes, and if there is a change in the purpose, GlobalCast will take the necessary steps, including obtaining separate consent in accordance of the Personal Information Protection Act.Site Usage and Applicant Management: Personal information, also referred to as personal data, is processed for purposes such as user authentication, maintaining applicant qualifications, preventing service misuse, confirming legal guardian consent for processing personal information of children under 14 years old, sending various notifications, handling complaints, and keeping records for dispute resolution.Audition-Related Procedures: Personal information is processed for purposes such as receiving applications and notifying applicants of audition results.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
GlobalCast processes the following items of personal information.
1. Mandatory application items: Name, gender, date of birth, height, weight, nationality, email address, phone number, address, profile pictures, and videos.
2. Optional information: Language(s) used and proficiency, prior experience, social media accounts.
3. Mandatory inquiry contents: Email address, name, content.
4. The minimum required information for members under 14 years old may include the legal guardian's name, phone number, email, and relationship with the child. One of the following methods is used to confirm whether a legal guardian has provided consent.
Notifying the legal guardian of the consent content via phone, providing a method to confirm the consent details through an internet address, etc., and obtaining consent through subsequent phone conversations.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information)
1. GlobalCast processes and retains personal information within the period agreed upon by law or the agreed-upon duration when collecting personal information from the information subject.
2. The processing and retention period for personal information is as follows:
- Personal information: Until 10 days after the request for personal information deletion to handle complaints.
- Audition application information: Until a year after submitting applications for the applicant's application review and management.
Article 4 (Collecting and Usage of Submitted Media)
GlobalCast collects the applicants photos and videos with the consent for the following purposes:
-GlobalCast uses the collected media to create promotional content that highlights the unique experiences and talents of the applicants. The photos and videos will be featured in our marketing materials, such as social media posts, website content, email marketing contents, and advertisements, to attract new members and participants.
-GlobalCast will ensure that it is only used for the purposes outlined in this policy.
-Security measures are in place to protect the applicants personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
-Applicants and applicant’s legal guardians can request deletion of the posted photos and videos.
Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
GlobalCast does not provide the applicant's personal information to third parties if not selected until final screening. Successful applicants would be given further information about the provision of personal information through email.
Article 6 (Withdrawal of Consent for Collection, Use, and Provision of Personal Information)
1. Information subjects have the right to withdraw their consent for the collection, use, and provision of personal information at any time. They can do so by contacting the department and responsible person for personal information protection specified in Article 7 via written documents or emails.
2. GlobalCast will promptly take the necessary actions, such as deleting the personal information.
